肿瘤科护理管理中预见性管理的应用与价值评析

The Application and Value Evaluation of Predictive Management in the Nursing Management of Oncology Department

目的评价肿瘤科护理管理中预见性护理的应用与价值。方法选取2019年1—12月在肿瘤科病房担任管理工作的护理人员20名作为研究对象,通过数字抽签方式将全部护理人员进行随机平均分组,预见性管理组与参照管理组护理人员各10名。对预见性管理组护理人员使用预见性管理方法,对参照管理组护理人员使用常规管理方法,分别对比两组护理人员管理考核分数、管理质量、管理有效率。结果预见性管理组护理人员管理考核分数高于参照管理组护理人员管理考核分数,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);预见性管理组护理人员管理质量高于参照管理组护理人员管理质量,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);预见性管理组护理人员管理有效率高于参照管理组护理人员管理有效率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肿瘤科病房的护理人员应用预见性管理能够提高护理人员的考核分数,提高护理人员的管理质量与管理有效率。

Objective To evaluate the application and value of predictive nursing in the nursing management of oncology department.Methods 20 nursing staff who served as management in the oncology ward from January to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.All nursing staff were randomly and evenly divided into two groups through a digital lottery method,predictive management group and reference management group,10 nursing staff each.The predictive management method was used for the nursing staff in the predictive management group,and the conventional management method was used for the nursing staff in the reference management group.The management assessment scores,management quality and management efficiency of the two groups of medical staff were compared.Results The management assessment scores of nursing staff in the predictive management group were higher than those in the reference management group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the management quality of nursing staff in the predictive management group was higher than the management quality of medical staff in the reference management group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The management efficiency of nursing staff in the management group was higher than that in the reference management group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying predictive management to nursing staff in the oncology ward can improve the assessment scores of nursing staff,and improve the management quality and efficiency of nursing staff.
