以护士长为聘任主体的护理人事制度改革探讨

摘要 目的探讨以护士长为聘任主体的护理人事制度改革的成效。方法按照“谁用人、谁聘任、谁管理、谁培训、谁支付”的原则,实施以护士长为主导的聘任形式,运用住院患者护理服务满意度量表、护士工作满意度量表进行效果评价。结果住院患者护理服务满意度、护士工作满意度得到提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以护士长为主体的科室聘任提高了患者满意度,提升了护理人员工作能力,提高了工作满意度,提高了护士长管理水平和工作效率和医院整体管理水平。 Objective To explore the effectiveness of the reform of the nursing personnel system with the head nurse as the main body of appointment.Methods According to the principle of"who employs,who hires,who manages,who trains,who pays",the head nurse-led appointment form was implemented,and the inpatient nursing service satisfaction scale and nurse job satisfaction scale were used to evaluate the effect.Results The nursing service satisfaction of inpatients and the job satisfaction of nurses were improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The appointment of the head nurse as the main part of the department improved patient satisfaction,improved the work ability of nursing staff,increased job satisfaction,and improved head nurse’s management level,improved work efficiency and overall hospital management level.
