强化细节管理在EICU护理管理中的应用研究

Research on the Application of Strengthening Detail Management in EICU Nursing Management

目的探讨强化细节管理在EICU护理管理中的应用价值。方法研究对象为滨州医学院附属医院2016年11月—2018年12月急诊重症监护病房患者,不同护理管理阶段分别纳入52例患者,对照组给予一般护理管理,观察组给予强化细节管理,对两组护理质量及患者满意度、院内感染发生率、医疗纠纷发生率进行观察及评估。结果观察组护理质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组院内感染发生率、医疗纠纷发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强化细节管理应用于急诊重症监护病房中具有较高的临床价值,能够在提高护理质量的同时提高患者满意度。

Objective To explore the application value of strengthening detail management in EICU nursing management.Methods The study object was patients in the emergency intensive care unit of the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College from November 2016 to December 2018.And 52 patients were induded in different stages of nursing management,the control group was given general nursing management,and the observation group was given intensive detailed management,and the two groups of care quality and patient satisfaction,the incidence of nosocomial infections,and the incidence of medical disputes were observed and evaluated.Results The nursing quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nosocomial infections and medical disputes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of enhanced detail management in the emergency intensive care unit has high clinical value.It can improve the quality of care while improving patient satisfaction.
