摘要
目的分析在手术室实习的护生进行护理带教时,利用情景教学法联合PBL教学法的应用效果。方法选择在该院2019年5—12月手术室实习的30名护生作为该次研究的观察组。将同一手术室实习的30名护生设为对照组。对照组采用常规的带教方法,观察组在此基础上采用情景教学法联合PBL教学法。对比观察组与对照组的护理带教效果。结果对比出科时理论知识考试成绩和实践操作考试成绩,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比护理带教满意度,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在手术室实习的护生进行护理带教时,利用情景教学法联合PBL教学法,有助于培养学生探索能力,提高实习成绩。
Objective To analyze the application effect of using situational teaching method combined with PBL teaching method when nursing students in the operating room practice nursing teaching.Methods Thirty nursing students who were intern in the operating room of the hospital from May to December 2019 were selected as the observation group for this study.Thirty nursing students practiced in the same operating room were set as the control group.The control group adopts the conventional teaching method,and the observation group adopts the situational teaching method combined with the PBL teaching method on this basis.Compare the nursing teaching effect of the observation group and the control group.Results Comparing the scores of theoretical knowledge test and practical operation test when leaving the department,the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with nursing teaching satisfaction,the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion When nursing students in the operating room practice nursing teaching,the use of situational teaching method combined with PBL teaching method is helpful to cultivate students'exploration ability and improve practice performance,which is worthy of promotion and reference.
