摘要
目的多元化教学方法在小儿胃肠外科护理带教中的作用分析。方法以随机的方式选取2018年5月—2019年9月期间在该科室进行实习的护生共计68名作为调研对象。根据随机的方式将护生分为两组,每组34名。对比组采用常规带教方式,实验组采用多元化教学方法。分析两组最终带教结果。结果①对比组实践考核成绩得分结果和实验组相比较低,理论考核成绩得分结果和实验组相比较低,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②实验组带教满意得分和对比组带教满意得分结果相比较高,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿胃肠外科护理带教中护理带教中,可采取多元教学法,这种带教方式和传统常规带教方式相比,可提升带教效果,此带教方式应用效果显著,值得临床应用与普及。
Objective To analyze the role of diversified teaching methods in pediatric gastrointestinal surgery nursing teaching.Methods A total of 68 nursing students who were internships in the department during from May 2018 to September 2019 were randomly selected as the survey objects.Nursing students were divided into 2 groups according to a random method,34 people in each group.The control group adopted conventional teaching methods,and the experimental group adopted diversified teaching methods.Analyze the final teaching results of the two groups.Results 1.The practice assessment score of the control group was lower than that of the experimental group,and the theoretical assessment score was lower than that of the experimental group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);2.The experimental group's satisfaction with the teaching was higher than that of the comparison group's teaching satisfaction score.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing teaching of pediatric gastrointestinal surgery,multiple teaching methods can be adopted.Compared with the traditional conventional teaching methods,this teaching method can improve the teaching effect.The application effect of this teaching method is significant.It is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
