摘要
目的评估神经内科护理带教中应用全员分层带教模式的价值。方法以随机的方式选取2018年5月—2019年9月期间在科室进行实习的实习生共计68名作为调研对象。根据随机的方式将实习生分为两组,每组34名。对比组采用常规带教方式,实验组采用全员分层带教模式,分析两组最终带教结果。结果对比组实践考核成绩得分和实验组相比较低,理论考核成绩得分和实验组相比较低,两组实习生数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组带教满意得分和对比组带教满意得分结果相比较高,两组数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组交流协调能力高于对照组,实验组临床护理能力高于对照组,实验组实习生专业技术能力高于对照组,实验组自主学习能力显著高于对照组护理实习生,数据之间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在神经内科护理带教中,全员分层带教模式应用效果理想,值得广泛推荐与实施。
Objective To evaluate the value of the whole-staff stratified teaching model in neurology nursing teaching.Methods A total of 68 interns who were internships in the department during May 2018 to September 2019 were randomly selected as the survey objects.According to the random method,the interns were divided into two groups,with 34 interns in each group.The comparison group adopted the conventional teaching method,and the experimental group adopted the hierarchical teaching mode of all members.The final teaching results of the two groups were analyzed.Results Compared with the experimental group,the comparison group had lower scores in practice assessment,and the theoretical assessment scores were lower than those in the experimental group.There was a statistically significant difference in the data comparison between the two groups of interns(P<0.05);The teaching satisfaction score was relatively high,and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups of data(P<0.05).The communication and coordination ability of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the clinical nursing ability of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the professional technical ability of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the independent learning ability of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.There was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In neurology nursing teaching,the application effect of all-staff stratified teaching mode is ideal,and it is worthy of extensive recommendation and implementation.
