摘要
目的探讨阶段式带教模式应用于急诊护理实习教学中的效果。方法选择2019年1—12月该院急诊科33名护理实习生作为研究组,选择2018年1—12月该院急诊科44名护理实习生作为对照组。对照组采取常规带教模式进行实习教学,研究组则采取阶段式带教模式进行实习教学。评价两组急诊护理实习生的带教效果。以及两组护理实习生对于该次实习教学的满意度。结果研究组理论知识与专业操作技能考核评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组急诊护理实习生实习教学的满意率100.00%高于对照组81.82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阶段式带教模式可以有效提高急诊护理实习教学质量与满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of staged teaching mode applied in emergency nursing practice teaching.Methods From January to December 2019,33 nursing interns from the emergency department of the hospital were selected as the research group,and 44 nursing interns from the emergency department of the hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as the control group.The control group adopted the routine teaching mode for practice teaching,and the research group adopted the staged teaching mode for practice teaching.The teaching effect of the two groups of emergency nursing interns and the satisfaction of the two groups of nursing interns were evaluated.Results The assessment scores of theoretical knowledge and professional operation skills of the research group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of emergency nursing interns in the research group was 100.00%higher than that of the control group 81.82%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The staged teaching mode can effectively improve the quality and satisfaction of emergency nursing practice teaching.
