规范化专科护士培训对提高社区护士血糖管理水平的影响

The Influence of Standardized Training of Specialist Nurses on Improving the Blood Glucose Management Level of Community Nurses

目的探讨专科护士培训对提高社区护士2型血糖管理水平的影响。方法2019年3—4月随机对该市三家社区卫生院40名非糖尿病专科护理人员实施糖尿病专科护士规范化培训,比较培训前后护士的糖尿病护理相关知识掌握情况。结果规范化培训前考核成绩合格率为72.50%,培训后为100.00%,培训前后比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.670,P<0.001);培训后护士血糖管理相关知识的各维度掌握情况得分高于培训前,培训前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论普及社区卫生院护士糖尿病专科规范化培训可显著提高社区卫生院护士血糖管理能力,从而更好控制患者血糖。

Objective To explore the impact of specialist nurse training on improving the type 2 blood glucose management level of community nurses.Methods From March to April 2019,40 non-diabetic specialist nurses in three community health centers in the city were randomly given standardized training on diabetes specialist nurses,and the nurses'knowledge of diabetes care related knowledge before and after the training were compared.Results The qualification rate of assessment scores before standardized training was 72.50%and 100.00%after training.The difference between before and after training was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.670,P<0.001);nurse blood glucose management after training of mastery of each dimension of related knowledge were higher than those before training,and the differences before and after training were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The popularization of standardized training in diabetes specialists for community health center nurses can significantly improve the blood glucose management ability of community health center nurses,thereby better controlling patients'blood glucose.
