医学高校线上教学现状及对策

Current Situation and Countermeasures of Online Teaching in Medical Colleges Universities

信息化技术高速发展对传统学习方式带来了明显的变化,并形成数字化学习(E-Learning)、混合式教学(Blended Learning)等教学模式,在教学方式上更为灵活、多样,可有效调动学生的学习积极性,让学生可以从线上教学平台中,简便地寻找符合自己学习特点的微课视频,并通过网络平台与教师、同学进行实时交流与沟通。当前,假期延长令高校推迟开学日期时还要解决学生学习需求。基于此,各大高校启用线上教学模式,应用慕课、超星尔雅、智慧树等平台,为学生搭建起信息化学习环境,在保证满足学生学习要求的同时,确保线上授课质量。该文以医学高校线上教学概述为开篇,对其现状进行调查,并对线上教学进行对策研究,以期为医学高校教师在制定线上教学指导方法和策略提供参考与借鉴,提升录播上传、直播教学、线上交流等操作水平与使用技巧,为学生建设高质量、系统性线上教学平台,进一步帮助教师挖掘网络教学资源、拓展教学渠道、提升线上教学水平,展开虚拟实验教学,激发学生学习的积极性。同时,应结合当前应用,有效提升学生的道德水平,培养学生爱国情怀与医学专业自信、工作责任感。

The rapid development of information technology has brought obvious changes to traditional learning methods,and formed teaching modes such as digital learning(E-Learning)and blended learning(Blended Learning),which are more flexible and diverse in teaching methods,effectively mobilize students’learning enthusiasm,so that students can easily find micro-class videos that meet their learning characteristics from the online teaching platform,and can communicate with teachers and classmates in real time through the network platform.At present,due to the extended holidays,colleges and universities need to postpone the start date,and address the learning needs of students.Based on this,major colleges and universities have started to use online teaching models,using artificial MOOC,Chaoxingerya,Wisdom Tree platforms,etc.,to build an information learning environment for students to ensure that students'learning requirements are met while ensuring online teaching quality.Therefore,the article starts with an overview of online teaching in medical colleges and universities,and conducts countermeasure research on online teaching,especially during holidays,in order to provide references for medical college teachers in formulating online teaching guidance methods and strategies.With reference,improve the operating level and use skills of recording and uploading,live teaching,online communication,etc.,build a high-quality and systematic online teaching platform for students,and further help teachers to tap online teaching resources,expand teaching channels,and improve online teaching level,launch virtual experimental teaching to stimulate students'enthusiasm for learning.At the same time,it should be combined with the current application to effectively improve the moral level of students,and cultivate students'patriotism,medical professional self-confidence,and a sense of work responsibility.
