整合TBL教学对肾内科护理带教质量的影响

摘要 目的观察肾内科护理带教中TBL教学法对带教质量的影响。方法选择2019年1月—2020年1月至该院实习护生中挑选60名肾内科实习人员为研究对象,随机分为两组,各30名。对照组采取常规带教方式,实验组运用TBL教学法,对比两组护生护理质量评分、带教制度满意度与护生状况。结果实验组护生护理质量评分(专业操作能力、患者管理、理论知识、工作态度)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);落实护理操作后,实验组负性情绪、操作顺利程度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组带教制度满意度(93.3%)高于对照组(66.7%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肾内科护理带教TBL教学法可以提高实习护生护理质量评分,提高带教满意程度,加强临床护理质量。 Objective To observe the influence of TBL teaching method on the quality of nursing teaching in nephrology department.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,60 interns in the nephrology department were selected from among the nursing students in our hospital as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group adopted the conventional teaching method,and the experimental group used the TBL teaching method to compare the nursing quality scores,the satisfaction of the teaching system and the patient status between the two groups.Results The nursing quality scores(professional operation ability,patient management,theoretical knowledge,work attitude)of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05);after the implementation of the nursing operation,the experimental group's negative emotion and smooth operation was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction degree of the teaching system in the experimental group(93.3%)was higher than that of the control group(66.7%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The TBL teaching method of nephrology nursing teaching can improve the nursing quality scores of interns,increase the satisfaction of teaching,and strengthen the quality of clinical nursing.
