外科医生手机污染情况调查及干预措施实验研究

Investigation of Surgeon’s Mobile Phone Contamination and Experimental Research on Intervention Measures

目的调查该院外科医生手机污染现状,采取行之有效的干预措施,为降低院内交叉感染提供依据。方法2019年1—9月随机抽取该院49名外科医生进行问卷调查,并对其手机消毒前、后表面涂抹法采样。结果49部手机消毒前共有46部手机表面检测细菌阳性,5部手机不合格,染菌率93.88%,不合格率10.20%,消毒并套手机保护套后,手机污染情况明显减轻。结论外科医生手机污染情况严重,医院应加强对医护人员手机管理,提高医护人员自主意识,定期对手机清洁消毒。

Objective To investigate the current status of cell phone contamination of surgeons in our hospital and take effective intervention measures to provide a basis for reducing cross-infection in the hospital.Methods From January to September 2019,49 surgeons in the hospital were randomly selected to conduct a questionnaire survey,and their mobile phones were sampled by smearing before and after disinfection.Results 46 mobile phones tested positive for bacteria on the surface of 49 mobile phones before disinfection,5 mobile phones were unqualified,the infection rate was 93.88%,and the unqualified rate was 10.20%.After disinfection and the protective cover of the mobile phone,the pollution of the mobile phone was significantly reduced.Conclusion Surgeons’mobile phones are contaminated seriously.The hospital should strengthen the management of medical staff’s mobile phones,improve the autonomy of medical staff,and regularly clean and disinfect mobile phones.
