“六位一体”教学模式在麻醉学专业硕士研究生复合型创新人才培养中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究“六位一体”教学模式在麻醉学专业硕士研究生复合型创新人才培养中的应用价值。方法将2019年度毕业的麻醉学专业硕士研究生20名纳入研究,记作观察组。另取2018年度毕业的麻醉学专业硕士研究生19名作为对照组。其中观察组实施“六位一体”教学模式,对照组实施传统教学模式。比较两组学生自我评价各项满意度,导师及带教教师对学生的各项评价满意度,评判性思维能力。结果观察组学生自我评价各项满意度均高于对照组,但组间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组导师及带教教师对学生的各项评价满意度均高于对照组,但组间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组各项评判性思维评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“六位一体”教学模式在麻醉学专业硕士研究生复合型创新人才培养中的应用效果较佳,且有效改善研究生的评判性思维。 Objective To study the application value of the"six in one"teaching model in the cultivation of compound innovative talents for postgraduates in anesthesiology.Methods Twenty graduate students with a master's degree in anesthesiology who graduated in 2019 were included in the study and recorded as the observation group.Another 19 postgraduates who graduated with a master's degree in anesthesiology in 2018 were selected as the control group.The observation group implemented the"six in one"teaching model,and the control group implemented the traditional teaching model.Compare the satisfaction of the two groups of students'self-evaluation,the satisfaction of the tutors and teachers to the students'evaluation,and the critical thinking ability.Results The self-evaluation satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,but the difference between the groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The observation group's tutors and teaching teachers'evaluation satisfaction with students were higher than those of the control group,but the difference between the groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The critical thinking scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The"six in one"teaching model has a better application effect in the cultivation of compound innovative talents for postgraduates in anesthesiology,and it can effectively improve the critical thinking of postgraduates.
