摘要
岗位设置和岗位聘用是新医改背景下公立医院人事制度改革的重要内容。科学设岗和竞聘上岗也成为了提升公立医院管理质量、落实医院发展目标的重要抓手。作者结合医院2011年以来岗位设置和岗位聘用的工作实践,阐述了公立医院在岗位设置和岗位聘用的具体做法、存在的问题和工作中的体会,通过调整岗位设置方案和完善岗位聘用条件,使公立医院的岗位管理更加规范化、科学化,更加有利于医院的发展。
Position setting and position employment are important contents of the personnel system reform in public hospitals under the background of the new medical reform.Scientific job setting and competitive employment have also become an important starting point for improving the management quality of public hospitals and implementing hospital development goals.Based on the hospital’s job setting and job hiring practices since 2011,the author elaborated on the specific practices,existing problems,and experience of public hospitals in job setting and job hiring.By adjusting the job setting plan and improving job hiring conditions,post management in public hospitals is more standardized and scientific,which is more conducive to the development of the hospital.
