摘要
目的分析换位学习法在手术室护理带教中的应用效果。方法该次选取2017年12月—2018年12月进入该院实习的22名新护士作为对照组,选取2019年1月—2020年1月进入该院实习的23名新护士作为观察组。对照组接受传统教学法,观察组接受换位学习法,对比两组考核成绩及实习护士对教学效果给出的自我评价。结果观察组理论知识考核成绩和操作技能考核成绩均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组在学习兴趣提高、自主学习能力提升、理论与实际结合能力提高等方面的发生率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论换位学习法在手术室护理带教中具有积极作用,不仅促进学生对理论知识的巩固,而且利于培养学生将理论知识转化为实际操作的能力。
Objective To analyze the application effect of transposition learning method in nursing teaching in operating room.Methods This time,22 new nurses who entered the hospital for internship from December 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the control group,and 23 new nurses who entered the hospital for internship from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the observation group.The control group accepted the traditional teaching method,and the observation group accepted the transposition learning method.The two groups'assessment results and the self-evaluation given by the trainee nurse on the teaching effect were compared.Results The evaluation scores of theoretical knowledge and operational skills of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group was improved in learning interest,self-learning ability,and the combination of theory and practice.The incidence of these aspects was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The transposition learning method plays a positive role in nursing teaching in the operating room.It not only promotes students to consolidate theoretical knowledge,but also helps train students to transform theoretical knowledge into practical operations.
