摘要
目的研究将临床路径教学法应用于骨伤科临床护理带教中的实际效果。方法对该院骨伤科在2017年6月—2019年6月接收的40名实习护生进行分组研究,所有实习护生均为女生,其中对比组实习护生(n=20)行传统带教方法,研究组实习护生(n=20)行临床路径教学法,对比两组实习护生带教后成绩以及护理满意度等。结果研究组实习护生理论知识成绩(92.24±2.36)分、实际操作成绩(91.65±2.71)分均优于对比组实习护生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组实习护生带教后总带教满意度100.00%高于对比组实习护生带教后总带教满意度70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组学生带教后理论知识应用能力评分(92.34±3.54)分、实践技能评分(91.63±2.96)分、专业思维评分(90.35±2.24)分、主动学习评分(94.74±3.52)分、创新能力评分(93.24±3.86)分均优于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将临床路径教学法应用于骨伤科临床护理带教中的实际效果较好,学生实际操作成绩和理论成绩更高,故值得在临床中广泛应用。
Objective To study the actual effect of applying clinical path teaching method to clinical nursing teaching in orthopedics and traumatology.Methods A group study was conducted on 40 interns in the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of the hospital from June 2017 to June 2019.All interns were female,and the comparison group(n=20)with traditional teaching method,the research group of interns(n=20)practiced clinical path teaching method,and compared the results and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of interns after teaching.Results The theoretical knowledge scores(92.24±2.36)points and actual operation scores(91.65±2.71)points of the intern nurses in the research group were better than those in the comparison group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);100.00%of teaching satisfaction was higher than 70.00%of total teaching satisfaction of interns in the comparison group after teaching,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the students of the research group have a score of theoretical knowledge application ability(92.34±3.54)points and practice after teaching skill score(91.63±2.96)points,professional thinking score(90.35±2.24)points,active learning score(94.74±3.52)points,and creativity score(93.24±3.86)points were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The actual effect of applying the clinical path teaching method to clinical nursing teaching in orthopedics and traumatology is better,and students have higher practical and theoretical results,so it is worthy of being widely used in clinical practice.
