门诊护理教学管理中综合培训模式的应用分析

Application Analysis of Comprehensive Training Model in Outpatient Nursing Teaching Management

目的分析将综合培训模式应用于门诊护理教学管理中的实际效果。方法该院门诊在2018年7月开始对门诊护理管理教学中实施综合培训模式,故将2017年7月—2018年7月接收的25名实习护生以及2018年8月—2019年8月接收的25名实习护生和门诊接收的140例患者进行研究,所有实习护生均为女生,分析实施综合培训模式前后患者对门诊服务满意度、实习护生的自我评价以及各科成绩等。结果培训后患者对门诊护士的服务满意度96.43%高于培训前门诊护士的服务满意度82.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);培训后实习护生操作成绩明显优于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);培训后实习护生自我评价情况明显优于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将综合培训模式应用应用于门诊护理教学管理中的实际效果良好,经过培训后实习护生各科成绩较好。

Objective To analyze the actual effect of applying comprehensive training model to outpatient nursing teaching management.Methods The outpatient department of the hospital began to implement a comprehensive training model in outpatient nursing management teaching in July 2018,so 25 nursing students accepted from July 2017 to July 2018 and August 2018 to August 2019 were accepted of 25 nursing interns and 140 patients to the outpatient clinic were studied.All interns were female.The patients’satisfaction with outpatient services,the self-evaluation of interns and the results of each department were analyzed before and after the implementation of the comprehensive training model.Results After training,patients’satisfaction with outpatient nurses was 96.43%higher than that of outpatient nurses before training,82.14%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after training,the performance of interns was significantly better than before training,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the self-evaluation of interns after training was significantly better than that before training,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the comprehensive training model in the management of outpatient nursing teaching and management has good actual effects.After training,the interns have good performances in various subjects.
