"双心医学"教学模式在医学生临床教学中的效果评价

摘要 目的探究“双心医学”教学模式在医学生临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取2017级5年制2个本科班医学生为研究对象,按照抽签顺序分为观察组、对照组。对照组实施常规临床教学,观察组在常规临床教学基础上实施双心医学教学模式,对比教学效果。结果教学后,观察组医学生双心医学理论考试成绩明显高于对照组;观察组医学生双心疾病诊断、医患沟通技巧、相关检查和术前沟通方式、心理障碍识别与处理以及慢性心脏病患者的心理支持的双心医学实践考试成绩明显高于对照组;观察组教学满意度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在医学生临床教学中实施双心医学教学模式,能够有效提高医学生双心医学理论考试成绩以及实践考试成绩,并有效提高医学生对教学的满意程度。 Objective To explore the application effect of"Double Heart Medicine"teaching model in clinical teaching of medical students.Methods Two medical students from the 2017 five-year undergraduate class were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to the order of drawing lots.The control group implemented routine clinical teaching,and the observation group implemented the dual-heart medical teaching model on the basis of routine clinical teaching to compare the teaching effects.Results After teaching,the medical students in the observation group scored significantly higher on the theory of double heart medicine than the control group;the medical students in the observation group had double heart disease diagnosis,doctor-patient communication skills,related examinations and preoperative communication methods,identification and treatment of psychological disorders,and chronic heart disease.The results of the dual-heart medical practice test for psychological support of patients were significantly higher than those of the control group;the observation group's teaching satisfaction was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the dual-cardiac medicine teaching model in clinical teaching of medical students can effectively improve the scores of medical students'dual-cardiac medical theory test and practical test,and effectively improve the degree of satisfaction of medical students with teaching.
