应用综合管理措施降低医院感染病例漏报率

Applying Comprehensive Management Measures to Reduce the Underreporting Rate of Nosocomial Infection Cases

目的评价综合管理措施对降低医院感染病例漏报率的作用。方法某三级综合医院2016年1月—2018年12月开展日常前瞻性医院感染监测,及漏报医院感染病例监测;2017年起采取5项综合管理措施以降低医院感染漏报率,2018年起又增加4项管理措施项目,比较采取措施前后医院感染病例漏报率的变化情况。结果干预前即2016年漏报率较高,干预后,即2017—2018年,漏报率呈下降趋势;2016—2018年每年的医院感染病例漏报率分别为15.61%、11.36%、5.95%,3年漏报率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=17.561,P<0.001)。结论强化各级组织职能、加强培训、及时反馈、纳入考核指标,能有效降低医院感染漏报率。

Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive management measures on reducing the underreporting rate of nosocomial infection cases.Methods A tertiary general hospital carried out daily prospective nosocomial infection monitoring and underreporting nosocomial infection cases from January 2016 to December 2018;5 comprehensive management measures were taken in 2017 to reduce the underreporting rate of nosocomial infections,and 4 more items were added since 2018 for management measures,compared the changes in the underreporting rate of nosocomial infections before and after measures were taken.Results Before the intervention,the underreporting rate in 2016 was higher.After the intervention,the underreporting rate from 2017 to 2018 showed a downward trend;the annual underreporting rates of nosocomial infection cases from 2016 to 2018 were 15.61%,11.36%,and 5.95%,compared with the three-year underreporting rate,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=17.561,P<0.001).Conclusion Strengthening organizational functions at all levels,strengthening training,timely feedback,and inclusion of assessment indicators can effectively reduce the rate of underreporting hospital infections.
