随着各种高新科学技术在各行各业中的运用,社会经济快速发展,一些传统的职业病危害因素通过工艺改进等手段得到改善和控制,新的以及尚未被识别的职业病危害因素不断产生,因此职业卫生工作也面临诸多新的挑战和问题。近年来,“健康企业”作为必备条件,列入各级“健康促进示范区”创建中。“健康企业”的创建,引发了对职业卫生今后工作方向的新思路讨论,现结合基层疾控职业卫生工作实际情况,探讨“健康企业”创建对基层疾控中心职业卫生工作思路新启示。

With the application of various high-tech sciences and technologies in various industries and the rapid development of society and economy,some traditional occupational hazards have been improved and controlled through process improvements and other means,and new and unidentified occupational hazards have continued occurred;therefore,occupational health work also faces many new challenges and problems.In recent years,as a necessary condition,"healthy enterprises"have been included in the creation of"health promotion demonstration zones"at all levels.The establishment of the"healthy enterprise"has triggered a discussion of new ideas about the future work direction of occupational health.Combining the actual situation of grassroots disease control and occupational health work,this article will discuss the new enlightenment of the creation of"healthy enterprise"for the occupational health work of the grassroots disease control center.
