Application of Roy Adaptation Model in Nursing Field in Our Country

20世纪70年代,美国护理理论家卡利斯塔·罗伊提出Roy适应模式,其构建基于贝塔朗菲的一般系统论、马斯洛的人类基本需求理论、赫尔森的适应理论、约翰逊的行为系统模式等,由于Roy适应模式内容简洁、逻辑性强,已在世界各地得到广泛传播。该文总结了Roy适应模式在我国护理领域的发展和应用,并分析现存问题,提出相应对策,为促进该模式的完善和提高护理服务质量提供参考。

In the 1970s,the American nursing theorist Calista Roy proposed the Roy adaptation model,which is based on Bertalanfe’s general system theory,Maslow’s basic human needs theory,and Helson’s adaptation theory,Johnson’s behavioral system model,etc.,due to the concise content and strong logic of Roy's adaptation model,it has been widely spread all over the world.This article summarizes the development and application of the Roy adaptation model in the field of nursing in our country,and analyzes the existing problems,proposes corresponding countermeasures,and provides references for promoting the improvement of the model and improving the quality of nursing services.
