微电影可持续发展迫切需要大量高质量专业人才的支撑,然而当前高校微电影人才培养模式存在诸多问题,需要以“双创”教育理念为基础,从新媒体产业需求、人才就业方向出发,在微电影创作人才培养理念、培养机制、课程设置等多方面加以改进。

The sustainable development of micro film urgently needs the support of a large number of high-quality professionals.However,there are many problems in the current training mode of micro film talents in colleges and universities.It is necessary to improve the training concept,training mechanism,curriculum setting and other aspects of micro film talents based on the“entrepreneurship and innovation”education concept,starting from the demand of new media industry and the direction of talent employment.
