摘要
基于工程实际问题,使用FLACS对木粉尘爆炸泄放效果影响进行模拟分析,模拟设置7组不同的初始条件,研究不同粉尘云大小及位置、点火位置对木粉尘爆炸泄放效果影响。模拟结果表明,着火源位置越靠近除尘器中心轴底部,火焰传播到管道的速度越快;粉尘云分布在除尘器下半部比分布在上半部的粉尘爆炸危险性更强。
Based on practical engineering problems,FLACS was used to simulate and analyze the effects of wood dust explosion release effects.Seven different initial conditions were set up to study the effects of different dust cloud sizes and positions and ignition positions on wood dust explosion release effects.Simulation results show that the closer the ignition source is to the bottom of the central axis of the dust collector,the faster the flame spreads to the pipe;the dust cloud is more dangerous in the lower half of the dust collector than in the upper half.
