基于中药专利视角的中药仓储技术研究

Traditional Chinese medicine storage technology from the perspective of Chinese medicine patent

目的分析中药仓储领域专利技术现状和发展趋势。方法采用专利定量分析方法对中药仓储相关专利信息进行描述性统计分析。结果中药仓储专利申请量与授权量自2014年呈快速增长状态,企业与科研院所是专利研究的主体力量;主要分布于B65D、A47B、F26B技术中,内容包括储存装置及器具、储藏用途、中药材及饮片等。结论中药仓储专利处于快速增长期,但其专利质量较低;应发挥企业与科研院所的创新能力,形成专利集群效应;需加强智能监测系统的专利研发,形成分类包装、分类储藏体系。

Objective To analyze the current status and development of patent technology for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)storage.Methods Patent information related to TCM storage was descriptively statistical analysed by patent quantitative analysis method.Results The number of patent applications and authorizations for TCM storage showed rapid growth since 2014.Enterprises and research institutes were the main force in the patent research.Patents were mainly founed in B65D,A47B,and F26B technologies,including storage device and appliance,storage use,Chinese herbal medicine and decoction piece.Conclusion TCM storage patents are undergoing rapid growth at present,but with low quality.The innovation ability of enterprises and research institutes should be fully applied to form patent cluster effect.The research and development of intelligent monitoring system should be strengthened to establish classification packaging and storage system.
