汽车起重机回转系统联合仿真试验研究

摘要 汽车起重机回转系统是一个集机械、电气、液压于一体的复杂机电系统,常规分析方法很难得到接近实际的仿真结果。文中利用AMESim和LMS Virtual.Lab Motion进行联合仿真分析,通过对比仿真与试验结果,确认了仿真模型的准确性。利用该仿真模型可快速高效地分析汽车起重机回转系统的系统特性、影响因素、极端工况等,进一步优化回转系统性能。 As the slewing system of truck crane is a complex electromechanical system integrating mechanical,electrical and hydraulic components,it is difficult to obtain simulation results close to actual situations by conventional analysis methods.By using AMESim and LMS Virtual.Lab Motion for joint simulation analysis,the simulation and test results were compared,and the accuracy of the simulation model was confirmed.Using this simulation model,system characteristics,influencing factors and extreme working conditions of the slewing system of truck crane were analyzed quickly and efficiently to further optimize performance of the slewing system.
