浅谈《黄帝内经》在恶性肿瘤治疗中的指导应用

Talking About the Guiding Application of“Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor”in Malignant Tumors

恶性肿瘤是一种难治、严重威胁人类健康的疾病,中医关于恶性肿瘤的记载早在古代医籍中就很详细,如《灵枢·刺节真邪篇》里的"筋瘤""肠瘤"等。《黄帝内经》是中医学四大经典之一,对肿瘤的临床表现、病因病机、治疗、预后及预防皆有相关论述,治疗手段和方法被历代医家所传承并广泛应用,直至当代对临床预防和治疗肿瘤依然具有重要的指导意义。文章简要介绍了《黄帝内经》治疗恶性肿瘤的几点应用。

Malignant tumor is a disease that is refractory and seriously threatens human healthy.The records of traditional Chinese medicine on malignant tumors are very detailed in ancient medical books,such as the"Fascial tumor","Bowel tumor"in"Lingshu·Cijie Zhenxie".The Yellow Emperor’s Internal Classic is one of the four classics of traditional Chinese medicine.It has a discussion on the clinical manifestations,etiology,pathogenesis,treatment,prognosis and prevention of tumors.The therapy and methods have been inherited and widely used by ancient physicians which pay an important guiding role for prevention and treatment of cancer.This article briefly introduces the application of"Yellow Emperor’s Internal Medicine"in the treatment of malignant tumors.
