摘要
分析了提升高职院校办公室管理服务效能的必要性,并从意识、体制、设施、素养等方面指出了当前高职院校办公室管理服务现状及存在的问题。针对这些问题提出了围绕管理服务效能,创新传统服务模式,健全管理服务体系,实现科学精细管理、深化管理服务举措,强化整体办公效率等有效策略,以期进一步提升高职院校办公室管理服务质量。
First,it analyzes the necessity of improving the efficiency of office management services in higher vocational colleges,and points out the current status and existing problems of office management services in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of awareness,system,facilities,and literacy.Service efficiency,innovate traditional service models,improve the management service system,realize scientific and fine management,deepen management service measures,strengthen overall office efficiency and other effective strategies,in order to further improve the quality of office management services in higher vocational colleges.
