摘要
作为淮河生态经济带的重要组成部分,加快推进绿色发展是皖北地区“十四五”时期落实淮河生态经济带战略的主要任务.绿色发展离不开科技创新驱动、体制改革保障和民众广泛参与.基于此,皖北地区可通过科技创新、体制改革与民众参与等方面,探寻推进绿色发展的有效路径.
As an important part of Huaihe River ecological economic belt,Northern Anhui should speed up green development to implement the strategy of Huaihe River ecological economic belt during the 14th five-year plan period.Green development is inseparable from scientific and technological innovation,system reform and public participation.In this paper,some effective paths are discussed to promote the green development of Northern Anhui from the aspects of scientific and technological innovation,system reform and public participation.
