情感是个体的属性,情感表达是个体交往方式之一。网络集群是网民的一种行为方式,也为网民提供了情感释放的平台。集群后网民情感表达,主要存在“重构利益、建构场景、传递态度、引发共鸣”等方面的指向,在策略上主要是对“网民身份、媒介平台、表达方式、传播符号”等方面的利用,进而达成“推进身份共意、形成凝合力量、建构交往桥梁、助力网络动员、助力舆情抗争、建构社会认同”等方面的影响。把握住集群舆情中的网民情感,有助于对其进行深度分析和有效处置。

Emotion is a part of individual’s personality and its expression shows how an individual exists.Network cluster,a kind of behavior of netizens,provides a platform for netizens to release their emotions.After the clustering,the emotional expressions of netizens show the directions of“reconstructing interests,constructing scenes,transmitting attitudes and arousing resonance”,and in terms of strategy,several aspects are mainly utilized,such as netizen identity,media platform,expression mode,communication symbol,etc.And then achievements can be made in promoting identity sharing,forming cohesive force,building bridge of communication,facilitating network mobilization,helping public opinion contention,and building social identity.Grasping netizens’emotions in public opinion of cluster could contribute to in-depth analysis and effective disposal.
