摘要
针对一起电力设备绝缘材料发生绝缘劣化问题,开展设备内部电场仿真分析。通过对比不同工况下场强分布,发现在材料表面潮湿情况下,绝缘结构拼接处周围场强过大,出现绝缘薄弱环节,指出产生的电场强度集中泄漏电流热效应为绝缘劣化原因。仿真结果表明减少绝缘材料表面湿度、取消结构件拼接可有效避免高潮湿环境下绝缘材料绝缘劣化问题。
Aiming at the problem of insulating materials deterioration in electric power equipment,the simulation analysis of the electric field of the equipment was carried out.Through the comparison of the field strength distribution under different working conditions,it was found that the field strength around the splicing of the insulating materials was above normal value when the surface of the materials was wet.It was pointed out that the thermal effect of leakage current was the reason for the insulation degradation.The results showed that reducing the humidity of the surface of the insulating material and canceling the splicing of the structural parts could effectively avoid the problem of insulation degradation in this case.
