摘要
近百年来,宣传工作始终是事关党和国家事业发展全局的重大理论和实践问题。宣传机构是党的宣传工作的组织者、承担者与实施者,始终与党的命运休戚与共。自建党伊始,宣传工作就是党的核心工作,宣传部门始终是党的常设关键机构。在革命、建设和改革的各个时期,宣传机构紧紧围绕党的中心任务,自觉承担起举旗帜、聚民心、育新人、兴文化、展形象的使命任务,在动员群众、引导舆论、组织斗争、服务社会等方面发挥了不可替代的作用。
Over the past century,publicity has always been a major theoretical and practical issue concerning the overall situation of the Chinese Communist Party and the country.Publicity organizations have always been the organizers,undertakers and implementers of the Party's publicity work and have always shared weal and woe with the Party's destiny.Since the founding of the Chinese Communist Party,the publicity work has been the core work of the Party,and the publicity organizations have always been the key permanent organs of the Party.In each period of revolution,construction and reform,the publicity organizations,closely focusing on the Party's central task,have consciously undertaken the mission of upholding socialism,rallying public support,fostering new generations,developing Chinese culture,and building a positive image of China.They have played an irreplaceable role in rallying the people s hearts,mobilizing the masses,guiding public opinion,organizing struggle and serving the society.
