数字经济与浙江省高质量发展研究——基于空间面板数据的分析

Research on digital economy and high quality development of Zhejiang Province:based on spatial panel data

随着我国经济转型升级,进一步促进经济高质量发展成为亟待探讨的问题。数字经济作为新一轮产业革命的起点,对高质量发展起到了重要作用。用熵值法对浙江省11个地级市2011—2018年的数字经济和高质量发展水平进行度量,分析了它们的耦合协调关系,并运用空间计量经济模型考察了数字经济对高质量发展的影响。结果表明:2011—2018年间浙江省数字经济和高质量发展水平均逐步提高,但11个市之间的发展水平和增速有明显差距;各地级市数字经济与高质量发展间存在一定耦合协调关系但仍需提高。在经济距离权重下,城市之间的高质量发展具有一定的空间自相关性。模型分析表明数字经济发展能显著促进当地高质量发展并具有空间溢出效应。

With the transforming and upgrading of China's economy,how to further promote high-quality economic development has become an urgent issue.As the starting point of the new round of industrial revolution,digital economy has played an important role in high-quality development.In this paper,the entropy method is used to measure the digital economy and high quality development level of 11 prefecture-level cities in Zhejiang Province from 2011 to 2018,and their coupling coordination relationship is analyzed.Moreover,the spatial econometric model is used to investigate the influence of digital economy on high quality development.The results show that the digital economy and high-quality development level of Zhejiang Province have gradually improved from 2011 to 2018,but there is a significant gap between the development level and growth rate among these 11 cities.There is a certain coupling and coordination relationship between digital economy and high-quality development in prefecture-level cities,but it still needs to be improved.Under the weight of economic distance,the high-quality development between cities has a certain spatial autocorrelation.The model analysis shows that the development of digital economy can significantly promote local high-quality development and has spatial spillover effect.
