钟九铁矿磁铁矿石工艺矿物学研究与选矿试验研究 被引量:3

Study on Process Mineralogy and Beneficiation Test of Magnetite in Zhongjiu Iron Mine

摘要 为了了解钟九铁矿的开发利用价值,进行了工艺矿物学研究及选矿试验研究。结果表明:(1)矿石为碳酸盐型磁铁矿石,主要金属矿物为磁铁矿,含量为42.63%,次要金属矿物为赤铁矿、褐铁矿,含量为3.12%和0.58%;矿石主要构造为块状构造和斑状构造,另有少量角砾状构造和细脉状构造;主要结构为粒状结构、斑状结构、包含结构和鳞片状结构;矿石中有用铁矿物磁铁矿和赤铁矿的工艺粒度主要在+0.05 mm,分布率分别为69.51%和45.34%;约60%的碳酸盐矿物和石英的工艺粒度在+0.05 mm。(2)矿石(3~0 mm)入磨前进行预选,可抛出产率31.10%、全铁品位7.18%、磁性铁含量1.35%的粗粒尾矿,获得全铁品位46.04%的粗精矿。(3)矿石(3~0 mm)经湿式预选粗粒抛尾—两阶段磨矿弱磁选—隔粗后的尾矿浮选选硫,可获得铁品位65.01%、含硫0.20%、铁回收率87.25%的铁精矿,及硫品位42.49%、回收率43.57%的硫精矿。 In order to understand the development and utilization value of Zhongjiu Iron Mine,pro⁃cess mineralogy and beneficiation test were carried out.The results show that:①the ore is carbonate mag⁃netite,the main metal mineral is magnetite,accounting for 42.63%,and the secondary metal minerals are hematite and limonite,accounting for 3.12%and 0.58%;the main structure of the ore is massive structure and porphyry structure,with a small amount of breccia structure and veinlet structure;the main structure is granular structure,porphyry structure,inclusion structure and scale structure.The process granularity of magnetite and hematite is mainly+0.05 mm,and the distribution rate is 69.51%and 45.34%respectively;the process granularity of about 60%carbonate minerals and quartz is+0.05 mm.②The ore(-3 mm)is pre selected before grinding.The coarse tailings with yield of 31.10%,total iron grade of 7.18%and magnetic iron content of 1.35%can be thrown,and the coarse concentrate with total iron grade of 46.04%can be obtained.③Iron concentrate with iron grade of 65.01%,sulfur content of 0.20%and iron recovery of 87.25%,and sulfur concentrate with sulfur grade of 42.49%and 43.57%recovery can be obtained from the ore(-3 mm)by wet preconcentration of coarse tailings,two-stage grinding and low intensity magnetic separation and flo⁃tation of tailings after separation.
