摘要
电铲是露天矿主要采掘设备,其生产能力是露天矿重要的经济技术指标,是确定运输设备及其它主要设备数量的基础。电铲的工作效率对露天矿开采的工作效率有直接影响。在研究探索大型10 m^(3)电铲旋转气接头设计过程中,通过TRIZ理论的应用,获得创新提示,并结合实际生产条件选择直接有效的解决方案:通过对供气系统增设并联供气装置,提高设备的可靠度与维修性。
Electric shovel is the main mining equipment in open-pit mine.Its production capacity is an important economic and technical index of open-pit mine,and it is the basis for determining the number of transportation equipment and other major equipment.The working efficiency of electric shovel has a di⁃rect impact on the working efficiency of open-pit mining.In the research and exploration of large 10 m^(3) shov⁃el rotary gas joint design process,through the application of TRIZ theory,innovation tips are obtained,and combined with the actual production conditions to choose a direct and effective solution.
