Job Burnout Status of Medical Staff in a Level A Tertiary Chinese Medicine Hospital

目的分析A医院医务人员的职业倦怠情况,提出缓解员工职业倦怠措施建议,供同类医院参考。方法首先通过文献法,对职业倦怠量表进行通盘梳理;再选用HHS-MP量表调查职业倦怠情况;最后运用线性回归分析,探讨医务人员职业倦怠的影响因素。结果有效问卷773份分析表明,A医院倦怠检出率较高,员工职业成就感也较高。学历、性别、专业类别、周工作时长、有无急诊坐班、有无夜班是该院医务人员职业倦怠的影响因素。结论医院应对职业倦怠高危人群给予更多关注,完善薪酬体系,同时合理安排医师的工作时间,设立专门医师心理辅导机构,以缓解职业倦怠问题。

Objective To analyze the occupational burnout of medical staff in Hospital A, and provide suggestions for the hospital to alleviate the occupational burnout of employees for the reference of similar hospitals. Methods First, through the literature method, the job burnout scale was sorted out;then the HHS-MP scale was used to investigate the situation of job burnout;finally, the linear regression analysis was used to discuss the influencing factors of medical staff job burnout. Results There were 773 valid questionnaires. The burnout detection rate of Hospital A was high, and the employees’ sense of professional achievement was also high. Educational background, gender, specialty category, working hours per week, the availability of emergency emergency shifts and the availability of night shifts were the influencing factors of the hospital staff’s job burnout. Conclusion The hospital should pay more attention to the high-risk groups of occupational burnout, improve the salary system, and arrange doctors’ working hours reasonably, and set up a special psychological counseling agency to alleviate occupational burnout.
