基于CiteSpace的国内医院托管研究文献计量分析

Bibliometric Analysis of Research Literature on Domestic Hospital Trusteeship via CiteSpace Software

目的梳理国内医院托管的研究现状与发展脉络,为后续研究与实践提供借鉴。方法以截至2019年12月中国知网数据库中“医院托管”相关文献为数据来源,运用CiteSpace软件,从发文趋势、高被引论文、载文期刊等角度进行文献计量分析,并绘制机构合作、关键词聚类与突现等知识图谱。结果国内在医院托管领域已涌现出一批具有较高学术影响力的研究学者和机构,相关研究经历2002至2010年、2011至2017年以及2018年至今三个发展阶段。研究热点集中于医院托管模式、实施路径、成效评价与问题分析、基于托管模式的医联体建设等领域。结论国内医院托管相关文献的研究领域与内容在不断扩展与深化,但跨机构研究网络尚不成熟,高水平论文数量与研究创新性有待进一步提升。

Objective To sort out the current research status and development trend of hospital trusteeship in our country.Methods Based on the relevant literature of domestic hospital trusteeship in the CNKI database as data source,this study used CiteSpace software to conduct bibliometric analysis from the perspectives of publishing trend,highly cited papers and published journals.It also drew knowledge graph of research institution,cluster status and burst term of relevant papers.Results A group of researchers and institutions with high academic influence were formed in the field of hospital trusteeship in China.Related research has gone through three developmental stages:from 2002 to 2010,2011 to 2017,and 2018 to the present.Hot topics were mainly focused on trusteeship models,implementation means,effectiveness evaluation and problem analysis as well as medical alliance construction based on hospital trusteeship.Conclusion Research fields and contents of domestic hospital trusteeship are expanded and deepened,but the scientific collaboration is not mature.Publication amount in journals with higher impact factor and research creativity still needs to be strengthened.
