军队医院对口帮扶藏区4700米高海拔医院完成创“二乙”评审工作,体现精准扶贫的实际成效,在对口帮扶过程中,通过建立健全后勤保障制度、规范后勤服务行为、完善后勤配套设施,提升后勤应急保障能力,对口帮扶藏区县医院后勤管理实现从无到有,精准对症,优质高效,群众满意的目标,在评审检查中以高分通过,军队后勤管理工作在“创二乙”评审中积累经验,为精准帮扶医院后续发展提供管理模式和经验做法。

Military hospitals help the 4700-meter high-altitude hospital in the counterpart Tibetan area to complete the evaluation of“two B”assessment,reflecting the actual results of precisice poverty alleviation,in the process of peer support,through establishing a sound logistics support system,and standardizing logistics service behavior,improving logistics support facilities,and logistics emergency support capacity,the logistics management of the county hospitals in Tibet area could be improved.The goals of“no one to have,accurate symptoms,high quality and high efficiency and satisfying the masses”have been achieved.Evaluation and inspection passed with high score.The military logistics management has accumulated experience in the evaluation of“striving for 2B”program,which provides management mode and experience for the follow-up development of the precision assisted hospital.
