智能生产与服务网络体系的界壳汇耦合测度及分析 被引量:1

摘要 "智能生产与服务网络"(IPSN)是新型产业互联网体系,在产业创新发展进程中的作用尤为突出。如何协调内部五个子体系和提升系统运行效率是研究重点。基于此,首先引入界壳汇思想,将IPSN体系视为界壳系统,内部五个子体系视为五个子界壳,子界壳聚集形成界壳汇,产生交换卫护作用,构建IPSN体系界壳汇模型;其次基于Lotka-Volterra模型讨论IPSN界壳汇的运行机制,分析不考虑外界干扰和考虑外界干扰条件下的系统运行情况;改进耦合模型,分析界壳汇内子界壳的耦合协调情况,以南京高技术产业为例,实证测度IPSN体系界壳汇的耦合发展水平;最后给出促进IPSN体系界壳汇协同发展的建议。 Intelligent Production and Service Network is a new industrial Internet system,which plays a prominent role in the process of industrial innovation and development.How to coordinate the internal five sub-systems and improve the operational efficiency of the system is the focus.Based on this,firstly,the idea of Jieke Collection,IPSN system was regarded as Jieke system and internal five sub-systems were regarded as five sub-Jieke.The sub-Jieke gather to form Jieke Collection system,which could exchange and protect.Secondly,based on Lotka-Volterra model,the operation mechanism of Jieke collection system of IPSN was discussed,without external interference and considering external interference were analyzed. The operation of the IPSN system,the improvement of the coupling model and the analysis of the coordination of the sub-Jieke in the Jieke collection system were discussed.Taking Nanjing high-tech industry as an example,the development level of the IPSN Jieke collection system coupling was empirically analyzed. Finally,according to the analysis conclusions,some suggestions were given to promote the coordinated development of the Jieke collection in the IPSN system.
