摘要
河北新启元能源技术开发股份有限公司变压吸附(PSA)装置吸附塔运行2年,在塔体内部焊有支持圈的部位出现疲劳开裂的现象。通过对吸附塔开裂原因的综合分析,得出上下筛网构造、筛网支撑用料、塔壁支撑圈设计及用料均存在缺陷,产生的交变应力导致此塔壁板材疲劳失效。对裂纹进行补焊处理,并取消了支撑圈及筛板结构,消除了交变应力,使设备恢复了使用要求。
The pressure swing adsorption(PSA) device of Hebei Xinqiyuan Energy Technology Development Co.,Ltd.has been operating for 2 years,and fatigue cracks have appeared in the part where the support ring was welded inside the tower.Through a comprehensive analysis of the reasons for the cracking of the adsorption tower,it concluded that there were defects in the upper and lower screen structure,screen support materials,tower wall support ring design and materials,and the alternating stress generated causes the fatigue failure of the tower wall plate.Finally,the cracks were repaired and the support rings and sieve plate structures were cancelled,the alternating stress was eliminated,and the equipment was restored to the requirements of use.
