Innovative exploration of mechanism for medical students'voluntary service

医学生是志愿服务的重要群体之一。本文通过对医学生志愿服务现状、存在问题等深入分析,探索新的志愿服务方向与实施策略。通过实践逐步形成了包括招募、培训、管理、评估和激励机制在内的完整运行机制,在确保志愿服务工作健康可持续发展的同时,为医学生了解临床工作提供宝贵机会,有利于他们专业知识的学习巩固,更好地培养崇高医德。

Based on the challenges and barriers in medical students'volunteer service,the project explores the goal of voluntary service and implementation strategy covering recruitment,training,management,evaluation and incentive mechanism,and evaluated the outcomes of application.Finally a complete operating mechanism was developed to ensure the performance a sustainable development of volunteer service and also provide opportunity for medical students to understand the clinical work,promote their training in medical knowledge and ethics.
