摘要
防水涂料主要用于高层建筑、地下轨道交通、高铁专线及大型水利工程的需要防水部位,其产品性能对建筑物使用寿命影响较大,现阶段常见的防水涂料是PU防水涂料和JS防水涂料。依据国家标准,结合日常检测工作的积累经验,从底材处理、样品准备、涂膜制备、养护环境及测试条件全过程进行分析,提出注意事项及合理化建议,提高测试结果的准确度。
Waterproof coating has been mainly used in waterproofing parts of high-rise buildings,subway engineering,water conservancy projects and high-speed railway lines.Its product quality greatly influences the service life of buildings.Polyurethane waterproof coating and polymer-modified cementitious waterproof coating are commonly used.Based on the national standard and the accumulated experience of daily testing work,the whole process of substrate treatment was analyzed including sample preparation,coating preparation,curing condition and testing.At last,some points needing attention and reasonable suggestions were proposed to improve the accuracy of test results.
