摘要 针对RV减速器主轴承球数较多导致求解受力和变形的非线性方程组数量成倍增加,求解速度慢的问题,建立了径向载荷、轴向载荷及力矩载荷联合作用下的五自由度角接触球轴承拟静力学模型,在牛顿-拉弗森算法的基础上,提出了假设相邻几个球的接触角、接触载荷与接触变形一致,计算中将其作为相同零件处理的简化分析方法。并以某减速器用主轴承H76/182RV角接触球轴承为研究对象,对提出的方法进行验证,结果表明该方法可提升计算效率,且计算误差小,适用于不同载荷和转速工况。 In view of the large number of balls in main bearings for RV reducer,the number of nonlinear equations for solving the force and deformation increases exponentially,and the solving speed is slow.A 5-DOF quasi-static model for angular contact ball bearing under radial,axial and moment load is established,and a simplified analytical method based on Newton-Raphson algorithm is proposed.The method assumes that the contact angle,contact load and contact deformation of adjacent balls are similar and can be used as simplified analytical method for dealing with same part during calculation.Taking a H76/182RV angular contact ball bearing as reducer main bearing for research,the proposed method is verified.The results show that the method can improve calculation efficiency,and the calculation error is small,suitable for different load and rotational speed conditions.
