一种基于驱动算法块用例库的测试设计方案的研究

摘要 在核电厂中存在着大量需要DCS仪控系统控制的设备(包含阀门、泵、加热器等),这些设备涉及到核电厂的安全运行,在核电厂起着至关重要的作用,比如核电厂中的安注泵、二回路的主蒸汽阀门等。在DCS系统中封装了大量驱动功能算法块(这些封装算法块集成了驱动设备的各种功能),实现现场各种设备复杂的控制功能。设备控制功能测试目的是验证设备控制功能是否满足设计输入要求,是否能正常满足核电厂运行需求。设备驱动功能复杂,应用场景多样,测试设计难度大。本文提出基于算法块用例库的设备控制功能测试用例设计方案,提高测试设计质量和测试效率,同时也为后续项目提供了借鉴意义。 The research object of this paper is the test design scheme of equipment control function test in factory test of nuclear power safety DCS system.There are a large number of equipment(including valves,pumps,heaters,etc.)that need DCS instrument control system control in nuclear power plants,which are related to the safe operation of nuclear power plants and play a vital role in nuclear power plants,such as safety injection pumps in nuclear power plants and main steam valves in secondary circuits.A large number of driving function algorithm blocks are encapsulated in DCS system(these encapsulated algorithm blocks integrate various functions of driving equipment)to realie complex control functions of various devices on site.The purpose of equipment control function test is to verify whether the equipment control function meets the design input requirements and can normally meet the operation requirements of nuclear power plants.The device driver function is complex,the application scenarios are diverse,and the test design is difficult.In this paper,a test case design scheme of equipment control function based on algorithm block case library is proposed,which improves the test design quality and test efficiency,and also provides a good reference for subsequent projects.
