中国高速发展的核电建设对铝材的需求

摘要 20世纪50年代后期中国就确定了大力发展原子能事业的方针,1983年提出了《核能发展技术政策要点》,1991年中国首座浙江海盐秦山核电站并网发电。截至2020年6月,中国建成的核电站有47座,装机容量4876×10^(4)kW,仅次于美国和法国的。在建的11座,在2030年以前每年会有2座反应堆面世。中国核电“走出去”成就巨大,前景广阔。铝材是建设核发电站不可或缺的材料,所需的一切铝材中国都能生产。据匡算,建设一座10×10^(4) kW的核能发电站,生产装备和生活设施建设用铝材的采购总质量约18 kt,带动约200家以上的铝企业直接或间接参与铝材供应。 In the late 1950s,Chinese government decided to vigorously develop the atomic energy industry.In 1983,the“key points of nuclear energy development technology policy”was put forward.In 1991,China’s first Qinshan nuclear power plant in Haiyan,Zhejiang Province,was connected to the grid for power generation.By June 2020,China has built 47 nuclear power plants with an installed capacity of 4876×10^(4)kW,only second to those of the United States and France.Among the 11 plants under construction,two reactors each year will emerge before 2030,China's nuclear power u going out^has made great achievements with broad prospects.Aluminum is an indispensable material for the construction of nuclear power stations,and all the aluminum needed can be produced in China.According to the rough calculation,the construction of a 100×10^(4) kW nuclear power station,the total procurement of aluminum materials for production equipment and living facilities construction is 18 kt,driving more than 200 aluminum enterprises to directly or indirectly participate in the aluminum supply.
