Research Status on Mechanical Properties Enhancement of Complex Brass

摘要 复杂黄铜凭借其较高的力学性能、优异的耐磨性被广泛用于航海、汽车工业的耐磨器件,尤其是汽车中的同步器齿环。综述了高强复杂黄铜的研究现状及其组织特点,并从基体组织结构,第二相的种类、形貌、分布以及体积分数等方面进行了深入探讨,列举了提高其综合性能的主要方法,旨在对复杂黄铜的成分设计和性能改进提供参考。 Complex brass has been widely used in the manufacture of wear-resistant components in the marine and automotive industries,especially synchronizer gear rings in the automotive field,due to its high mechanical strength and excellent wear resistance.The research status and microstructure characteristics of high-strength complex brass were reviewed,and the influence of the matrix structure,the types,morphology,distribution,and volume fraction of the second phase on the properties of the alloy were described in depth.Several methods to improving the mechanical properties of materials were listed,hoping to play apositive guiding role in the development and improvement of the complex brass.
