摘要
针对铸造企业产品生产过程中普遍存在的生产过程难以控制、产品品质难以量化、产品信息难以追溯等问题,设计了一种铸造产品全生命周期管理系统。该系统建立了以产品模号唯一码为索引的数据库,通过将其与生产过程数据进行绑定,以及基于InteliiJ IEDA开发平台设计的数据采集接口,实现了生产过程数据自动采集;利用组态技术和PLC技术建立了浇注监控系统,通过可视化监控平台实现了对浇注过程的实时监控。目前该系统在消失模铸造企业得到验证,借助该系统,企业实现了对存在质量隐患的生产工序进行优化改进,提升了设计与生产效率,加强了品质管理。
Aiming at the common problems that the production process is difficult to control,the product quality is difficult to quantify,and the product information is difficult to trace during the production process of casting enterprises,a casting product life-cycle management system was designed.In the system,the database indexed by module number unique code was established,which was bound with the data of production to realize the automatic collection of production data based on the data acquisition interface designed by InteliiJ IEDA development platform.The casting monitoring system was built up by configuration and PLC technology,and the real-time monitoring of the whole pouring process was realized through the visual monitoring platform.At present,with the help of the system which was verified in EPC enterprises,the production process with potential quality hazards was optimized and improved,increasing the efficiency of design and production and strengthening the quality management.
