摘要
采用无线电能传输系统对电梯轿厢进行供电,可有效解决传统轿厢随行电缆供电方式所带来的长、重、接触不可靠和成本高等缺陷。电梯轿厢沿固定导轨停靠在目的地,垂直安装在轿厢顶部的接收线圈与安装在井道壁的发射线圈仅存在上下偏差,无前后左右偏差。对此,提出一种跑道型松耦合变压器,改善电梯轿厢无线电能传输系统的一维抗偏性能。仿真结果表明,跑道型松耦合变压器的一维抗偏性能是等效圆盘型松耦合变压器的1.17倍。为对比松耦合变压器的耦合性能,提出等效线圈外半径的概念。实验结果表明,在线圈间距为等效线圈外半径的88%时,采用跑道型松耦合变压器所构成的无线电能传输系统的一维抗偏性能达到等效线圈外半径的62%。
Using cable to deliver power to moveable elevator car will bring questions such as length,heavy,unreliable connection and high cost.Introduce wireless power transfer in elevator car can remove these obstacles.After elevator stopped,the car just has misalignment in one dimension.By this,the racetrack type loosely coupled transformer is designed to improve the resistance of misalignment in WPT which is used in elevator car.External radius of equivalent coil is adapted to judge coupling coefficient of loosely coupled transformer.Simulation result shows the resistance of misalignment of racetrack type loosely coupled transformer is 1.17 times of round type loosely coupled transformer.Experiment result shows that the resistance of misalignment of racetrack type loosely coupled transformer can reach 62%of external radius of equivalent coil when the distance of two coils is 88%of external radius of equivalent coil.
