摘要
自2019年开始,教育部先后批准了22所高职院校进行本科职业教育试点。新时代本科职业教育作为我国职业教育领域的新生事物,要实现高质量发展,应从质量定义厘清其质量内涵,应从质量发展、相关利益者要求、新时代高等教育理念等视角明确其质量观,应从学校职能、内部质量保证体系诊改、适应社会能力评估、本科教学评估等视角把握其质量要素,并将人才培养适应度、条件保障度、质量保障有效度、培养目标达成度、学生用人单位满意度、技术创新和社会服务贡献度作为关键质量要素。
Since 2019,the Ministry of Education has approved 22 higher vocational colleges to carry out undergraduate vocational education.Under the background of the high quality development in the new era,the undergraduate vocational education,as a new thing in the field of vocational education,should clarify its quality connotation from the definition of quality in order to achieve high quality development,the quality concept should be clearly defined from the perspectives of quality development,related stakeholders’requirements and the concept of higher education in the new era,and its quality elements should be grasped from the perspectives of school function,higher vocational diagnosis and reform,adaptation to social ability assessment,undergraduate course assessment,etc.,the key quality factors are the degree of adaptability,the degree of guarantee,the degree of validity of quality assurance,the degree of achievement of training objective,the degree of satisfaction of student employer,the degree of technological innovation and the degree of contribution of social service.
