高校体育专业学生教育实习问题的归因与对策——以皖西学院为例

Attributions and Strategies of Educational Practice Problems for Students Majoring in Physical Education in Colleges and Universities——A Case Study of West Anhui University

采用文献资料、问卷调查、数据统计等研究方法,对皖西学院体育教育专业学生教育实习问题进行了研究。结果表明:体育教育专业学生教育实习存在实习生的态度和能力不足、实习学校体育场地设施相对匮乏、高校实习前的组织管理不够充分等问题。究其原因:高校对学生的培养重技术轻能力,实习单位对实习生的教学指导重视程度不足,学生自身对角色转换的适应能力不强。为此,从加强实习学校对体育的重视、提高高校对学生体育知识和能力的培养、学生自身主动适应角色转换等方面提出改进策略,旨在为进一步提高皖西学院体育教育专业教育实习质量提供决策参考。

Using literature,questionnaire surveys,data statistics and other research methods,the problem of educational practice of students majoring in physical education in West Anhui University was studied.The results showed that students majoring in physical education have problems such as insufficient attitude and ability of interns,relative lack of physical education facilities in practice schools,inadequate organization and management before practice in colleges and universities.The reasons are as follows:colleges and universities pay more attention to students’skills rather than abilities,and internship units pay less attention to the teaching guidance of interns,and students themselves are not strong enough to adapt to the role transformation.In order to improve the quality of physical education practice in west anhui university,this paper puts forward some improvement strategies from the aspects of strengthening the emphasis on physical education in practice schools,improving the cultivation of students’physical education knowledge and ability in colleges and universities,and students’own initiative to adapt to the change of roles.
