大学生创业意向影响因素及教育生态系统构建

The Influencing Factors of College Students’Entrepreneurial Intention and the Construction of Educational Ecosystem

大学生创业是解决大学毕业生就业困难的根本出路。然而,当前大学生创业意向并不很高,自主创业率较低。为解决这一问题,本文进行大学生创业意向影响因素分析及教育生态系统构建研究。第一部分以计划行为理论为基础分析影响大学生创业意向的因素,先确立TPB模型中态度、主观规范和感知行为控制力三个变量在创业研究中所对应的变量,再构建创业意愿形成模型,并提出相应的假设,最终通过实证分析完成假设验证。第二部分构建创业教育生态系统,先进行创业教育生态系统构成因子和SWOT分析,再以此为基础,共同构建一个完整的创业教育生态系统。通过本研究,以期为解决大学生就业问题提供参考和建议。

Entrepreneurship of college students is the fundamental way to solve the employment difficulties of college graduates.However,the entrepreneurial intention of college students is not very high in reality,and the rate of independent entrepreneurship is low.In order to solve this problem,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of College Students’entrepreneurial intention and studies the construction of education ecosystem.The first part analyzes the influencing factors of College Students’entrepreneurial intention based on the theory of planned behavior.Firstly,the corresponding variables of attitude,subjective norms and perceived behavioral control in the TPB model would be found,then we should construct the formation model of entrepreneurial intention and put forward the corresponding assumptions.Finally,verify the research hypotheses through empirical analysis.The second part is to build a complete ecosystem of entrepreneurship education which is based on the analysis of factors and SWOT.We want to solve the employment problem of college students and provide reference and suggestions through this study.
