摘要
本研究基于疫情防控时期的高校体育教学现况,以"线上自主学习,线下自主锻炼"的教学理念为指引,遵循"学导锻炼、目标导向"的体育教学目标及体育课程特点,借鉴学导式教学法的内容,从学校管理、教师教学与学生学习三个层面,提出"线上理论学习—线上自主练习—线上交流提升"的高校体育学导教学模式。该模式有利于丰富体育学习资源,开展线上自主学习,多维呈现技术动作,利于学生自主练习,增强双向学习沟通,利于综合评价高校体育的线上教学。
Based on the current situation of universities physical education in the period of epidemic prevention and control,guidedby the teaching concept of"online independent learning,offline independent exercise",this study follows the physical education teaching objectives of"learning guided exercise,goal oriented"and the characteristics of physical education curriculum,draws lessons from the content of learning guided teaching method,and puts forward"online theoretical learning--On line independent practice-on line Exchange Promotion"is the teaching mode of college physical education learning guidance.This mode is conducive to enriching sports learning resources,developing online autonomous learning,presenting technical actions in multiple dimensions,promoting students’autonomous practice,enhancing two-way learning communication,and comprehensively evaluating online teaching of college sports.
